‘How can we make a generation driven by convenience more sustainable?’ - Imagine If, 2019

Our aim is to discover answers to this question by creating exhibitions and engaging with communities. As we are based in Scotland, most of our work will focus on communities in and near Scotland. We are currently growing our imagine if community so if you think we could collaborate or want to get involved we would love to hear from you.

Community engagement

We would like to engage with community groups willing to explore how they can voice their opinions and how they can take action to make their local environment more sustainable.

We are keen to collaborate with local groups to help create projects which help people and the planet.

Sharing

Our team was initially founded on the idea of sharing, of how we can better allocate resources in communities, in our homes and in our day to day lives. We are founded on the ethos that things can be fixed, passed along and have second lives as something completely different. The game we developed for the Archifringe 2019 is based around sharing, take a look at it here.

Housing

We are still are investigating the question above in relation to housing and whether there is a demand for a hybrid housing model that the mass market currently doesn’t offer. View our RIBA Home of 2030 Competition Entry to find out more about what we think this might look like.
